2 in 1 Base & Top Coat

Love the TOON liquids. Super easy to work with, no strong smell, no dip flu symptoms and the SHINE is amazing 🤩

These liquids are by far a set of my Favorite. I love using these as they are easy to work with and have no oder that I smell. The dry time for these is also pretty minimal and don't take to long I really also love this about them aswell. But the best feature about these liquids is the shine that you get from this topcoat omg it's amazing and so Shiney its like glass. I just can't get over it. JUST LOOK AT THIS SHINE ITS AMAZING.

I really love how easy this base is to work with. It's on the thinner side, and has a great dry time, meaning not to fast that it dries before I'm done hand placing glitter/foils but doesn't take forever to dry either
